Standard pitch sizes are listed on the booking page and are generally based on 3×3. If you require additional space or have specific setup needs, please contact us before booking so we can advise.

Traders must provide their own gazebo, tables, and weights suitable for an outdoor coastal market. Gazebos must be properly secured. Lightweight or unsuitable gazebos may not be permitted for safety reasons.

Ilfracombe Market is an outdoor market, and weather conditions can occasionally impact trading. In cases where a market is cancelled for safety reasons, pitch fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, including for bulk or seasonal bookings.

Cash bookings are excepted. Payment for pitch must be received in advance, pitch will only be held for 24 hours until cash has been received.
