Ilfracombe Market is, at its heart, a traditional seafront market bringing together local traders, makers, artists, food producers and the community.

Set against the stunning backdrop of Ilfracombe Harbour, the market offers a relaxed atmosphere where visitors can browse unique products, discover local businesses and enjoy a day by the coast.

Alongside the regular market days, there are often seasonal attractions, family-friendly activities and special events taking place throughout the summer, ensuring there is always something new to see and experience.

Whether you're searching for handmade gifts, artisan food, local produce or simply a pleasant day out by the sea, Ilfracombe Market provides a welcoming space for residents and visitors of all ages.

A Taste of the Market

Ilfracombe Market is home to a wide mix of independent traders, creatives, and small businesses. From handmade crafts and artwork to gifts, jewellery, and street food, our traders change throughout the season, keeping the market fresh and varied.

We’re proud to support local makers alongside visiting traders, giving shoppers the chance to discover something different each time they visit.
